In keeping with the latest design techniques we can construct the ice tank in either fibreglass or 316 stainless steel with in situ polyurethane insulation to maximise the cooling efficiency. The cooling coils are hot dipped steel tubes and the top mould the support frame is constructed in stainless steel before final fitting to the tank. Dust covers provided to give protection to the ice during the make cycle. Ice moulds are manufactured in stainless steel, strongly designed to give easy ice removal and made in tapered cans approximately 100 x 300 x 725mm and weigh approximately 16kg each.

Provided in the system is a complete set of moulds and brine anti-freeze medium to start production. The refrigeration system is mounted on a common hot dipped galvanised steel skid frame and weather proofed by colorbond side covers and a heavy duty stainless steel top cover which forms a convenient work area.

Only the highest quality refrigeration and electrical components are used to ensure reliability. The industrial style switchboard contains safety controls including circuit breakers, power continuity, motor overload protection with indicator lights. The heavy duty hermetic compressors are engineered for 12hr ice cycles and the refrigerant is cooled by a remote air cooled condensers suitable for tropic operation.

An invitation is extended to inspect your machine during production and the factory commissioning before shipment. Each machine comes with an operational and maintenance manual together with an electrical circuit diagram.
