performance VITech Crushed Ice Machine, we have mounted this on a insulated
room, combination ice storage, packaging and separate refrigerated bag retail
section accessible from both inside and outside installation.
The Mini Ice Factory is now in big demand for high bag volume sales locations
and even has capacity to supply other small ice outlets. This self contained
business is suitable for larger - HOTELS, SERVICE STATIONS, MARINAS, CARAVAN
PARKS AND SUPERMARKETS.
The VITech Crushed Ice Machine is one of tie most efficient in the range by
producing a high volume of crushed ice. The machine features mainly stainless
steel constructron completely weatherproofed for outdoor installation. The
ViTech Crushed Ice Machine sits on a utilized panel container, rneasuring 6.8m x
2.2m x 2.2n high, constructed of coolroorn panel with 75mm styrene insulation.
The packaging and ice hopper area, holds approx 1200 kgs of ice and is
accessible through a front sliding door. This is fitted with an external safetv
release. From this area another sliding door provides entry to the freezer
storage area, which will hold approximately 2000 x 3.5 kg bags, and two external
doors to provide for retail sales. The freezer maintains the room at-10C and is
fitted with an auto defrost facility. Inc!uded in this ready to operate business
is a stapler and staples, 5,000 bags and sign writing.
