High performance self contained VITech Immersion Quick Freezer comes in two
models to freeze product in 200kg or 400kg per hour in 12min cycles. Immersion
Quick Freezing in aerated low temperature saltwater brine allows whole prawns to
be snap frozen individually and glazed in fresh water. The free flowing prawns
are produced at low unit cost and presented to the market when prices are more
favourable. The IQF tank is manufactured from quality 316 Stainless Steel inside
and out with high density insulation. The multi stack high performance coils of
double hot dipped galvanized steel and circulating pumps have been developed
over years of experience. The IQF tank and refrigeration unit can be constructed
on a common base making installation or movement of unit very easy.
Only the highest quality refrigeration and electrical components are used to
ensure reliability. The industrial style switchboard contains safety controls
including circuit breakers, power continuity, oil safety, motor overload
protection with indicator lights.
The heavy duty semi hermetic compressor is driven by a large 30kw or 2 x 30kw
motors and the refrigerant is cooled by a remote air cooled condensers.
An invitation is extended to inspect your machine during production and the
factory commissioning before shipment.
Each machine comes with an operational and maintenance manual together with an
electrical circuit diagram.
